• Optimize image file sizes
• Convert images to WebP, AVIF, PNG, or JPEG formats
• Remove metadata from images
• Access API for integration with third-party applications

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You are prohibited from:

• Uploading content that violates laws, is harmful, threatening, or infringes copyrights
• Using the Service to spread malware or harmful content
• Attempting to access systems without permission or disrupting Service operations
• Abusing the API by sending excessive requests (abuse)
• Using the Service for illegal activities or fraud

4. Copyright and User Content

You retain all copyrights to images you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You have the rights or necessary permissions to use those images
• The images do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties
• You are fully responsible for the content you upload

5. File Storage and Deletion

We are not responsible for file loss after the storage period ends. Users must download optimized files within the specified time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, either express or implied. Kremlit is not responsible for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Data loss or file damage
• Losses arising from use or inability to use the Service

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through the competent District Court in Indonesia.
